A hygienic environment is not created by chance – it starts with the intelligent arrangement of rooms, paths and interfaces. When planning, we take into account walkways, intersections, storage zones, pressure areas and air flow.
The result is clear hygiene sluices, separate production zones and well thought-out cleaning processes – optimized for meat processing as well as for plant-based production lines.

While meat processing involves temperature- and humidity-sensitive processes, plant-based products often require different room climates, processes and machines.
