Mixed forms in food processing plants

There are many reasons for combining lightweight and solid construction for buildings in the food processing industry.
On the one hand, heavily used rooms or rooms with increased fire protection, such as smoking chambers or kitchens, must be built in solid construction. Other areas, such as storage and cooling, can be built in the less expensive lightweight construction method.

For buildings with differently stressed areas and tasks,
we mainly plan with the mixed construction form.

Planning parameters

  • efficient personnel and goods routes
  • hygienic requirements
  • state subsidies
  • future expansion possibilities
  • mechanical stress
  • financing framework

Planing

Anyone who puts a building project into action must consider financing, possible subsidy measures and later expansion possibilities in advance.
Contact persons for these questions are tax consultants and specialist planners who can contribute their experience.
When planning, however, not only the current status should be considered, but also possible future production focuses and personnel planning.
The decision for an internal or external cleaning team should also be made before the start of construction.

As a specialist planning office, we specialize in food processing plants and know the requirements and funding opportunities inside out.
From the very beginning, we ask the right questions and optimize the construction in functionality, flexibility and sustainability.
